As a Research Assistant at the UN-affiliated World Maritime University (WMU), I led stakeholder interviews for a situation analysis in the freight logistics sector, developing interview guides, conducting interviews, and analyzing insights on digitalization. The resulting report explored challenges and opportunities in collaborative digital platforms to reduce emissions in freight transport.

This project presents a comprehensive comparative literature review of the German and Swedish housing systems, emphasizing their institutional trajectories and the evolution of housing policies. It also highlights current challenges in both markets, such as affordability, supply constraints, and socio-spatial inequalities.

This project contributed to the online platform Urbanet by sharing insights from scientific literature on the challenges of achieving a just energy transition in cities of the Global South. It focused on issues such as energy access, social equity, and the need for inclusive policy frameworks.

This article shows how Europe’s largest corporate landlords expand across borders and adapt to local housing systems in Germany and Sweden. It explains why these strategies matter for tenants and highlights the need for stronger policies to protect housing as a social good.

As part of a cohort of core contributor across a range of disciplines we scanned for (and make sense of) trends and signals shaping the current social, technological, environmental, economic and political landscape. Using a combination of foresight methodologies and tools, we co-create detailed scenarios to surface changes that can be made today to help create a more flourishing tomorrow.
